Counselling &Therapy in Mallorca

I provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space for individuals and couples seeking counselling and therapy in Mallorca. As an English-speaking therapist, I work with expats, international residents, and others living in Mallorca who are looking for support with their emotional wellbeing, relationships, or sense of direction.

Together, we will explore the challenges that may be affecting your life and relationships. Through a supportive therapeutic process, you'll have the opportunity to develop greater self-awareness, clarify your values, and build the confidence to make choices that reflect who you are and what matters most to you.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, cultural adjustment, or a major life transition, therapy can offer an opportunity to understand your experiences more deeply and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. My aim is to help you build resilience, strengthen your relationships, and cultivate a greater sense of meaning, purpose, and belonging, enabling you to move forward with greater clarity and authenticity.

How Therapy can help

Therapy can be helpful when you are struggling with something specific, going through a period of change, or feeling stuck without knowing exactly why. I work with people experiencing a range of difficulties, including:

Anxiety, stress and overwhelm. When worry, pressure or persistent stress begins to affect your relationships, work or everyday life.
Life transitions and major changes. Moving country, changes in relationships, career decisions, loss, separation or other periods when life feels uncertain.
Relationship difficulties. Understanding your own patterns in relationships, improving communication, and exploring difficulties with partners, family or other important people.
Low mood and loss of motivation. When you feel disconnected from yourself, other people or activities that once gave you a sense of meaning.
Self-esteem and confidence. Exploring self-criticism, insecurity and the beliefs that can shape how you see yourself.
Feeling stuck or disconnected. When you feel caught in familiar patterns or uncertain about what you want and how to move forward.
Work-related stress and pressure. Finding a healthier relationship with work, expectations, responsibility and achievement.

Loneliness and adjustment to life abroad. For expats and international residents, creating a new life in another country can bring unexpected emotional challenges alongside the opportunities.

An Integrative approach to Therapy

My approach to counselling and therapy is grounded in Person-Centred Therapy, based on the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My work is integrative, combining Person-Centred Therapy with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Systemic Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This allows me to tailor the therapeutic process to the unique needs, experiences, and goals of each individual and couple.

Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, relationships, values, and, where appropriate, your spiritual beliefs, recognising that every aspect of your experience can contribute to your overall wellbeing. In a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment, you'll be supported in developing a deeper understanding of yourself, recognising patterns that may no longer serve you, and discovering new ways of responding to life's challenges.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or seeking personal growth, therapy can help you build resilience, strengthen your sense of self, and create meaningful and lasting change.
